We’re back at the Vallviva Festival!

On July 9, we were once again part of one of the most iconic and eagerly awaited festivals of the summer: Vallviva, held in a magical and unbeatable setting surrounded by art, music, and gastronomy in Olot.

Vallviva was born from the Vallviva Foundation, whose mission is to promote projects and activities that contribute to the physical, psychological, and social well-being of people, especially those affected by cancer. One of the festival’s main goals is precisely to raise funds for this cause.

We’re very happy to have been part of the project once again, sharing our passion for gastronomy and contributing with our cuisine. For this edition, we offered a cocktail-style menu, featuring some of the most representative creations from Jubany and his team. In addition, in the KM0 Gastronomy area, visitors were able to taste Nandu’s croquettes and cannelloni—an all-time classic that, as expected, was a big hit with the public.
