Nandu’s Cuisine
Nandu’s croquettes and cannelloni have become a benchmark in the food industry. We could say innovation at the time of Covid-19, the initial project was to open a market in the new Ametller Origen on Numància street. In that year 2020, when we were all at home, we took advantage of the fact that the restaurants were closed at different times of the year, to open it. To start with, we began in the market area with the special recipe of roasted chicken and croquettes, which soon spread to Bonpreu – Esclat, and in the following months we started with the famous cannelloni that we had been asked for so many times.
