Island cuisine at the Balearic Islands

Es Còdol Foradat is a “xiringuito” located in front of Migjorn beach, in Formentera, offering incredible views. The name comes from the same “còdol” (pebble) found on this beach. After years of becoming a reference on the island, in 2020 it came under the management of Nandu Jubany, with the support of the Ferrer-Mayans family. In this project, he is assisted by his son, Eudald Jubany, who, for the first time, takes charge of the interior design and staging of the restaurant.
