On May 16th, the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) will be showing several videos through Prodeca to enhance the potential of the agriculture and the Catalan product.
A total of 13 cooks will be associated to a product of which they will talk about in individual videos, and also in a 15-miute shared version. The aim is to summarise the excellences of some of the most exported and valued Catalan products.
As it could not be otherwise, Nandu Jubany speaks about “pork meat”, a key product of which he always says: “I honestly think there might no be a dish left in my kitchen that could come without pork.”
