From May 28 to 31, Barcelona hosted Tast a la Rambla, one of the city’s leading gastronomic events, bringing together some of the best chefs and restaurants to showcase their cuisine to the public through tasting-format dishes. This year, Nandu Jubany’s proposal was a chicken cannelloni with creamy morel mushrooms, a dish rooted in traditional cuisine that perfectly represents the essence of Jubany’s gastronomy.
