People in Red; Gastronomy and solidarity

On May 11th, one of the most iconic charity galas took place: People in Red, organized by the Fight Infections Foundation, chaired by Dr. Bonaventura Clotet. The event aims to raise funds for the research of infectious diseases such as HIV, long COVID, and other emerging infections.

A night where gastronomy, solidarity, and culture come together at the MNAC. With a dinner for nearly 800 guests, we brought our way of understanding cuisine: product, territory, and emotion.

The gala brings together many well-known faces such as Sílvia Abril and Toni Acosta, who hosted the event, as well as artists like Joan Dausà and Amaral. Àlex Corretja and Martina Klein attended as official ambassadors.

For us, being part of People in Red is much more than an event: it is about putting cuisine at the service of an essential charitable cause.
