Within the framework of the activities of the Jubany Family, on November 29th and December 1, a couple of monographic dinners were held around the Tartufo di Alba in Can Jubany. An occasion in which the guests will enjoy a tour around the Tartufo di Alba. The appetizers were served in the kitchen directly The Jubany Family Snap Our version of chicken al ast and Tartufo Crispy pizza with Tartuffe And to finish the best olives in the world Once at the table, the tour began with this great product "Reserve" anchovies on stracciatella, almonds and Tartufo Ajoblanco with cauliflower ice cream, bun, caviar and Tartufo Sautéed vines with egg yolk, raisin and Tartufo Artichoke Rissotto and Tartufo Potato gnocchi with scampi, Iberian ham broth and Tartufo Pularda cannelloni with foie cream and Tartufo Wagyu with Tartuffe Hollandaise Sauce and Potato Soufflé To end the tour, this time a special dessert prepared for us by the sweets team Tartuffe root with salty toffee Sweet pizza with pear and Tartufo Fritters made at the moment filled with Tartufo cream An incredible experience that we were able to share all together!
