Summer takes hold of Can Jubany’s letter

The Can Jubany restaurant adapts its carte to the arrival of summer season products to include inspiring proposals such as zucchini flower or fresh dishes like ajoblanco or cherry gazpacho.

The carte has recently added the 'zucchini flower with cod brandade and creamy Katsuobushi', an exquisite proposal that adds up to dishes such as 'Ajoblanco of grilled almond, crayfish, grape and cauliflower' or 'clarified cherry gazpacho with smoked sardine'. The carte is also impregnated with summer with the 'gin and tonic meringue with currants and our Waldorf Salad'.
