3rd prize at San Sebastian Gastronomika

The seventh edition of the prestigious San Sebastian Gastronomika, a fair that brings together the best professionals in the world of gastronomy and attracts the attention of thousands of lovers of good food, was held this Tuesday, the 8th. In this edition, Fran Jiménez prepared a salad salad, representing the restaurant Es Còdol Foradat, and achieved a well-deserved third place among the numerous proposals.

We are very happy with this recognition, which not only highlights our work, but also reflects the passion and effort we put into each dish. Next year, more and better!
