On September 23 we were in Olot, where the Orígens Fair took place, an event dedicated to quality, local products with their own identity.
We took part with a presentation entitled “Vacanal, true proximity”, where we were able to explain our project and the way we understand responsible production.
We were joined by Santi Tona, the farmer who looks after the cows from which we make our burgers, and who is essential to guarantee a product whose origin and process we know.
Throughout the presentation we highlighted the values that define La Vacanal: proximity, quality products, commitment to the land, Catalan livestock farming and the desire to preserve a model that respects origin and territory.
It was a very enriching experience! See you next year.
