On February 7th and 8th, the city of Vic hosts a new edition of Trufforum, a fair that highlights the importance of truffles in our region, and we are very happy to be taking part once again.
We carried out a four-hands collaboration with Nandu together with Oriol Castro from Disfrutar Barcelona, a great friend and fellow chef in this very special profession we share.
We were also present in the gastronomy area Truffle on the Plate, where we served several truffle-based tapas, including truffled Vcanal, fried eggs with truffle, and potato parmentier with soufflé potatoes.
In addition, we are delighted to have hosted the fair’s inaugural aperitif together with Jubany Events.
We are truly happy that a fair like this is held in our region and to be part of it year after year, helping to promote the importance of such a product that is so deeply rooted in our land. Thank you very much for counting on us once again!
