On Sunday, September 17, the Great solidarity night was held at the Liceu, a gala dinner with renowned Michelin stars, which returns after a three-year pause due to the pandemic and its restrictions. The event, which has raised money for the Gavina Foundation and the NGO World Central Kitchen, has counted with the participation of chefs Albert Adrià, Nandu Jubany, Carles Abellan and Carles Gaig, who have offered some of their most special dishes. Unlike other years, this edition was aimed exclusively at companies, with 40 participating entities. Commitment and solidarity, which have managed to surpass the success of previous editions by doubling the almost 70,000€ of the last event (2019), with more than 140,000€ of collection. A magical night like this could not end in the best way, enjoying great professionals and gastronomy!
