50 years of the leading trade fair: Alimentaria

Once again, Barcelona opens its doors to the 50th edition of the Alimentaria Fair, connecting talent, innovation, and business.

We had the pleasure of presenting our truffle nougat, a nougat that’s like a chocolate bonbon. In addition, together with Noel, we showcased the latest creations from our workshop, which we hope you’ll soon be able to enjoy at home. We wrapped things up at Sodeca, where these days, together with Jubany Events, we prepared lunch for you!

It’s a joy to see how many people, not only from our own trade, come together thanks to a fair like this. Thank you all, and see you next year!
